Surface Mount Ball Bearing Assemblies - New

Anchor Lamina America now offers Surface Mount Ball Bearing Assemblies, a new low cost alternative added to our die components guiding system product line. This component assembly is mounted directly to the die holder and punch holder rather than the conventional method. Complete assemblies will include the necessary mounting bolts and dowel pins, required for installation. Optional tapped mounting holes are available to secure Stroke End Blocks.

Surface Mount Ball Bearing Assemblies are available as stand-alone assemblies or will be mounted to your machined-to-order Anchor die set.

Accu-Bend™ Rotary Benders

Accu-Bend™ Rotary Benders include a tool steel Rocker set into a steel Saddle with a graphite plugged Aluminum-Bronze liner. Available in standard inch and metric sizes with rocker diameters of 20mm-80mm (0.75" - 3.0") and lengths of 50mm-900mm (2.0" - 35.0"), these units transfer the vertical motion of the press into a smooth one-motion rotation. The smooth rotation provides a rotary bend process which requires less tonnage and less strain on the material and can also include optional pre-configured mounting hole patterns.

Punchrite® Punches and Accessories

Anchor Lamina America offers a comprehensive range of standard punches and die buttons in the basic, ball lock, and variable precision series. Each component is made of quality heat treated tool steel which meet or exceed ANSI standards. Available in A2 high performance tool steel for toughness and economy, and M2, high speed steel, triple-tempered for long runs where abrasion resistance is required. Also available as a special option PM4 which offers improved wear and impact characteristics ideal for optimum performance at high operating speeds.

Special Heavy Duty Compression Springs

Anchor Lamina America offers special heavy duty compressions springs. Our special compression springs can be manufactured with unique physical attributes such as shaped wire, special material, and critical tolerances. We will provide special inspections, certifications, and testing as required. Springs can be produced plain, coated, plated, and painted to your specifications.

DieMax™ L Die Springs

The DieMax™ Die Springs are made from high tensile strength chrome silicon material. DieMax™ Die Springs are manufactured in an optimal rectangular wire design. They are manufactured to industry standard colors that correspond to load ratings of medium, medium heavy, heavy, and extra heavy duty. The DieMax™ springs are available in small boxed quantities that are in stock, ready for same day shipment.

Formathane^® Urethane

Formathane^® is a high-quality line of advanced urethane compounds and products, chemically engineered for the metalforming and fabricating industry. It has superior cut, puncture, and abrasion resistance and will not break down to leave particulate debris. Formathane^® Die-Cover film prevents die-marks on decorative and pre-painted metals by creating a working cushion between the die and your material.

Springs, sheets, bars, and rods made of Formathane® are available in inch and metric sizes and in four hardness durometers. Formathane® Die-Cover film, NAAMS headed strippers, and closed-end strippers are available in-stock.

Our custom manufacturing capabilities include outside diameters finished from ⁵/₈" to 15" inside diameters finished from ¹/₂" to 6¹/₈" bushing lengths up to 14" and pin (shaft) lengths up to 60". Bushing materials include hardened steel, bronze plated steel, and solid bronze.
