DieMax™ L Die Springs

Die springs are available in sizes from 3/8 to 2 inch diameter up to 12 inches in length. The DieMax™ die springs are manufactured to industry standard colors, are made from high tensile strength chrome silicon material, and manufactured in an optimal rectangular wire design. Medium, medium heavy, heavy, and extra heavy duty die springs are available. The Lamina manufactured DieMax™ Springs are available in small boxed quantities for your convenience. Spring Cages

Lamina spring cages are a natural addition to the Lamina spring collection. Cage sizes are available for spring sizes up to a 2 inch diameter and 12 inches long. Spring cages enhance die spring life by providing a flat, hardened die pocket for spring operation. Spring cages are case hardened cold rolled steel with a black oxide finish. Lamina spring cages conform to NAAMS standards. Spring cages are in stock and ready to ship.

Formathane® Urethane

Formathane® Urethane is specially engineered to withstand the rigors of metalforming. It has superior cut, puncture, and abrasion resistance and will not break down leaving particulate debris. Formathane® is corrosion resistant and is unaffected by oil, chemicals, and solvents. Formathane® is available in industry standard shapes and sizes.

Formathane® Die-Cover film prevents die-marks on decorative and pre-painted metals while using your existing dies. Die-cover film is ideal for use in press-brake forming. Die-cover film is available in thicknesses of 0.020” and 0.031” and roll widths of 4, 6, 8, 12 and 36 inch.

NAAMS headed strippers and closed-end strippers allow for custom matching of the stripper face to punch shape. Formathane® strippers provide high blank-holding pressure on the downward press stroke and stripping pressure on upstroke; this results in less jamming of blanks. The NAAMS headed strippers are available with backing plate sets.

Formathane® Urethane is also available as light, medium and heavy duty springs, solid bars, solid rods, sheets, and slabs. Sheets and slabs are ideal for V forming, embossing and for use as pressure pads.

Disc Springs by Schnorr

Schnorr disc springs can be used singly or combined. For one of many possible applications, Schnorr disc springs are ideal for small spaces where high spring forces are required.

The Marsh Mellow® Die Spring is a proven cost saver for the metal stamping industry. These springs can be used as a maintenance free replacement for costly self contained nitrogen gas cylinders.
