Anchor Lamina stocks metric components made to the North American Automotive Metric Standard (NAAMS). NAAMS approved LamCam™ Aerial and Diemount Cams, die pins, bushings, wear plates, wear strips, guide and keeper blocks, and spool type pad retainers are all in stock.

LamCam™ Aerial and Diemount Cams Approved by NAAMS

Through a joint development effort between automotive and Lamina engineers, we are pleased to offer top quality aerial and diemount cams. Our aerial and diemount cams have been designed, engineered and manufactured to meet or exceed NAAMS cam requirements. These high performance cams are available in sizes from 50 mm to 300 mm from stock. Engineering support for cam applications is available for die builders and die designers.

NAAMS Die Components

A complete line of die pins and die bushings with over 1,000 product items are available. Bushing materials include bronze plated, aluminum bronze, bronze self-lubricating and steel. Class 1, class 2 and class 3 fit tolerances are available. Bushings are available in sizes to accommodate pins of up to 4½ inch diameter and 30 inches in length. The Die Components catalogue includes shoulder bushings, guide bar bushings, precision bearings, running fit bushings, straight type guide pins, shoulder type guide pins, removable type guide pins, stripper guide pins and bushings, NAAMS guide bushings, NAAMS pad bushings, NAAMS guide posts, demountable guide pins, and metric short/standard/long/extra long guide pins.

NAAMS Guide Blocks and Keeper Blocks

Keeper blocks help keep the load aligned for a smooth running die operation. Over 300 metric (NAAMS) and inch guide and keeper block items are available. Seven standard lengths are available in metric and inch sizes up to 12 inches or 300 mm. All guide and keeper blocks are chromium steel (AISI 4150 or 6150) with self-lubricating graphite plugs. Guide and keeper blocks are precision ground with wear areas surface hardened to Rc 56-62. Our catalogue includes specifications for corner guide blocks, inch guide blocks, metric guide blocks, light duty inch keeper blocks, medium duty inch keeper blocks, heavy duty inch keeper blocks, 6mm keeper blocks, 13mm keeper blocks, metric center keys and guides and metric U & V blocks.

NAAMS Automotive Wear Plates

These durable, precision wear plates are available from stock in all standard sizes and styles. Available wear plates include imperial and metric (NAAMS) sizes. Materials include steel, steel with graphite plugs, and aluminum bronze with graphite plugs.

NAAMS Spool Type Pad Retainers

Locking, reversed and metric spool type pad retainers are available. Lamina spool type pad retainers feature black oxide treatment and load ratings up to 10,000 lbs. Metric spool type pad retainers are made to the North American Automotive Metric Standard (NAAMS).

Spool Type Pad Retainers are also available with Flats. Now an open end wrench can be used for the installation and the removal of the Spool Type Pad Retainers with Flats. Ideal for reduced access applications.
