Die and Mold Components

Lamina Components manufactures and distributes a complete line of commonly used die set, mold, and tooling components. Lamina manufactured die components include pins, bushings, cams, wear plates, gibs, and keeper blocks. Lamina components are available at all Anchor Lamina locations and at over 500 other distributors throughout North America. Anchor Lamina GmbH in Germany distributes Lamina die components throughout Europe.

Pins and Bushings
Anchor Lamina manufactures the most complete line of inch and metric pins and bushings for your tooling applications. Lamina pins and bushings are O.D. / I.D. matched for pairing across all pin and bushing styles. Lamina's steel pins are available in press fit, demountable and removable styles. We manufacture straight pins, leader pins, stripper pins, mold pins and pins for ball-bearing assemblies. Bushing materials include aluminum bronze, bronze plated, self-lubricating and steel. We manufacture shoulder bushings, ball-bearing bushings and ball-bearing retainers, precision bushings, ejector, guide and straight bushings. Heat-treated and non-heat treated bushings are also available.
Guide and Wear Components
Lamina manufactures an extensive selection of self-lubricating bronze plated, bronze plated, steel and solid bronze guide and wear components for dies, mold, tools and machines. Our manufactured line of guide and wear components includes guide blocks, keeper blocks, gibs, center keys, wear plates, gib assemblies and wear strips. Lamina wear components are sure to keep your tools running smoothly
Die Cams
Lamina manufactures heavy duty die cams to NAAMS standards. LamCam™ aerial and die mount cams come in 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 250 and 300 mm sizes and meet or exceed all the NAAMS heavy duty cam specifications. LamCam Modular Cams feature Lamina NAAMS cam components with mounting face widths of up to 1200 mm.

Lamina Components can modify one of our standard components or create a new part to your exact requirements. Lamina has made special components for as long as it has manufactured a standard product line. Our special components can include any of the features found on our standard products.
