Steel Fabrications

Anchor Danly Fabrications, our custom fabrication division, is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 registered steel fabricator specializing in the manufacture of large custom steel plate fabrications and structural steel fabrications. Anchor Danly Fabrications is a customer focused steel fabrication shop that offers additional manufacturing services that include flame cutting, thermal stress relieving, machining, annealing, and blanchard grinding of steel plate.

We provide project management, engineering support, and single source dependability on all secondary manufacturing operations.

At Anchor Danly Fabrications, the following plate steels are stocked for fabrication and burn-out requirements:

• 1020 steel plate 10 gauge thru 15 inches thick in stock
• 1045 steel plate   ½ inch thru 5 inches thick in stock
• 4140 steel plate   ½ inch thru 6 inches thick in stock (shape cutting available)

We also stock a large variety of structural steel shapes, angle iron, channel, steel tubing, I-beam, etc.

Robotic Welding

Anchor Danly Fabrications provides production robotic welding services. Our modern welding facilities include a robotic welding cell that has a 7 axis MIG welding robot, part positioner capacity of 14,550 lbs. (6600 kg), and part envelope of up to 11 ft. x 8 ft. x 5 ft. ( 3.3m x 2.4m x 1.5m) *.

* Please contact Anchor Danly Fabrications if your fabrication size exceeds current part envelope. The weld cell can be expanded to meet larger part requirements.

Steel fabrications and weldments can undergo secondary manufacturing operations such as stress relieving, blanchard grinding, machining, and paint finishing as required.
